smartcarparts.com uses FedEx Ground for the majority of shipments and USPS for some small letter sized shipments. Typical orders get processed within 24-48 hours and shipped within 48-72 hours of order. If for some reason of the items is backordered or sold out and is not expected to arrive within 2-3 days of your order date we will ship the remainder of your and then ship you the backordered/sold out item once it is back in inventory. We will also notify you of this at the time your order is processed. Typically all products are in stock, but once in a while a part/accessory sells out. Rest assured that we order daily, so your wait is never long.
If you are in need of having your product order expedited please contact us prior to placing an order. Please email us your contact information and we will reach out to you and process your order directly over the phone and expedite shipment to get your order to you in an expedited matter.
International Orders
smartcarparts.com ships Internationally. While browsing the site, simply put the items in your shopping cart and register with your local international address, at the checkout screen. Once you register, our online store will calculate your estimated shipping costs and if you agree, simply process payment for your order. We at smartcarwheels.com do our best to estimate International Shipping Costs. Due to the fact that we currently ship to over 100 countries it is at times difficult to estimate the exact shipping amount. We do our best to provide an accurate shipping quote, but at times the actual shipping costs may be higher. If the costs are substantially higher then we collected we will contact you with the revised shipping total. You will then have a choice of paying the addition fees or if you choose we will promptly issue you a full refund and cancel the transaction.
